Love and Sales and Investments

Well... I hope the subject header isn't too misleading.
I am not 'leh longing' my love here lah.

Just simply feel that Love is like making a sales.
You know... the similarity connection between both.

Looking at how a sales guy approachs a client
is like how a guy pursues a gal.

Heehee...
lets measure the similarities.

Of course!
Every salesman like to clinch on first sales call.
Confirmed your commision liao and dun have to do follow up.
BINGO!

But hor, not so easy to get bimbo chicks nowadays at just
ONE first attempt.
(dun mention one night stand lah, those are like buying
daily necessity, no need push sales one... they still buy)

Which guy dun like to chase easy easy and faster grab their gal?

However, salesman should do sales like pursuing a gal.
Make a good first impression,
Do follow sales calls,
Make the client feel comfortable while chatting with you,
Make them feel in need of this 'product',
If they doesn't now then make them feel they will need it later...

You see...
some guys never gets a girl on the date.
WHY?!
Cos...They dun do follow up calls,
They dun dare to approach the girl,
They dun present a confident image,
They duno the product well to sell,
They got too sensitive on the client's comments.... (blah blah)
Basically, they are not good SALESPERSON

NEVER DO hard core selling...

When a girl tells u,
Sorry... I DUN NEED this product.

ok...Leave her alone liao...
She might be a good referral later on for your other sales friends.
ha...
but sorry, she ain't buying from you.
So... be generous to let her go
persistant is like trying to make her think
can buy this product for fun..maybe use awhile can throw liao..
WAT FOR?
Unless you just aiming for ONE TIME sales...

See far far.. aim for longer relation...
Tats how GOOD SALESMAN should be!

Well, same goes for a gal to commit relationship wif a guy.
It is like investor making investment in firms.

What do you look for during investment?

Secure firms,
Good image,
Many benefits,
High returns,
Low investment cost,
Low risk,
Comfortable terms...(blah blah)

Hey, no investments are a bed of roses...
who doesn't understand that?

I tell you, no such good firms are STILL around for investments.
Some are taken,
Some are already closed for other investments,
Well some although taken still opening for sub-investments..
But thats Bad.. Bad...
(Dun let their major shareholder knows about this!... or else
pulls back all their investments... )

Well... of course not to worry,
Cos I always believe there are good and reliable new firms
opening in the market.

So there are always chance to find one!

Like our Govt's encouragement mah....
Investor should be more proactive in investing in firms!
Salesperson should work harder in doing sales!

asking me why am I not investing?

Well... like all investors...
I lost my invested funds before so I am more careful in selecting
firms for investment now...

Which anyway... I am always aiming for LONG TERM investment,
NOT interested in Short Term Gimmick...

by the way.. recent proposals from firmS (noted the 's'.. heehhe)
ain't very attractive....
I rather stay low and place my funds in BANK (Bank = parents)
