We need
- a pack of shiitake mushroom

- a can of HOSEN button mushroom
(hey, HOSEN shld pay me for advertisment fees man,
anyway i love their button mushroom, BIGGER... and taste better)

- Butter (okie lah, I using Planta, cheaper and tastier)

- Whip the cream?! ... no lah.. think SM huh... its WHIPPING CREAM
(milk can or not? i duno.. hey..title says.. MUSHROOM SOUP first attempt
2nd or 3rd attempt then i tell u lor)
hey, it is in a small carton form, and its should say dairy whipping cream

- a can of chicken broth, (wat is broth, soup lah.. can buy in a can one, dun hv to boil a whole chicken.. aiyo.. never go market issit.. got one brand call SWANSON.
Shit! free advertisement for people again)

- salt (no brand)

- sugar ( i didn't say it was S.I.S hor)

- pepper (never see the brand clearly when i was shaking the bottle up & down leh)

- Garlic and onions (wau lau, where got brand one?) pls..
finely chopped


Now coming to the steps,
firstly stir fried the the garlic and onions.
(using what?! hey.. u wan to cook and fried song song use a WOK lah..
if u wan to act demure gentle gentle, use any pot lah. Anything can tahan over the fire you may use it!)

Stir fried ready liao, please put in the shiitake mushroom and the button mushroom.
(must wash of not? Hey, this auntie, u know all vegetable must wash or not..
use your BRRAINS!! use your BRRAINS lah!!
wash first then cut .. into chunks lah.. or pieces.. NO NEED to slice hor..
we not eating mushroom shasimi)
Same goes for button mushroom cut into halves.

add in 3 table spoon of BUTTER
a pinch of salt, some sugar and little pepper..

ok.. now.. prepare a clean pot, add the chicken broth to boil.
once it is heated hor
add in the mashed mixture and stir..
ok.. if the sight does provide discomfort, please proceed to call 995 lah

ya lah.. mushroom soup wat..
sure its MIXTURE MAH.. dun be so yim chim

okie.. when the soup is boiling.. almost finishing,
pour in the whipping cream,
how much huh? u taste lah.. like it so creamy put a COW in to stew lor.
